Theory of expertise test (dog licence-Ulmer)

General theory of expertise test also called (dog driving licence)

Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia are not the only states with a law on dog ownership. This will also follow in Baden-Württemberg, as well as in the other federal states. The purpose and scope of this law relates - in terms of public safety and order - to the prevention of dangers that may be associated with the keeping and leading of dogs. Anyone who keeps a dog or is responsible for the care of a dog as a legal entity must have the necessary expertise!

This can be achieved by successfully passing a theoretical and one practical examination to prove:

  • The theoretical knowledge test must be passed before the dog is admitted.
  • and the practical test during the first year of dog ownership.

The certificate of competence is therefore generally required for dog ownership and is independent of the breed type or dog size. The implementing regulations specify what is required for the certificate of competence in terms of theory and practice.

The questions and exercises will prepare you for the necessary knowledge in a fun way. This will give you the tools you need to handle your dog competently and at the same time prepare you well for a possible dog licence test.

Test your technical knowledge with my exam questions.

  • Rate the test and share it with other people via social media.

You'll learn the theory with ease! I wish you every success!
